MEDIATION/ARBITRATION BILLING RATES:
$250.00 per hour. The fee shall be divided equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed before or at the mediation.
MINIMUMS:
Half day mediations: 2 Hours
Full day mediations: 4 Hours
LATE CANCELLATION CHARGES:
(less than 5 days before scheduled mediations)
Half – Day Mediations $500.00
Full – Day Mediations: $1000.00
TRAVEL CHARGES:
No charges for travel in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco Counties. Other locations subject to $100.00 per hour charge.
